Top up AED 50Keep your Salik balance ready for every toll gate on Sheikh Zayed Road and beyond. Enter your tag or plate number, pick an amount and finish your Salik recharge in a couple of minutes.
Salik is Dubai's electronic road toll collection system. The name means "open" or "clear" in Arabic, and that is exactly the idea: there are no booths and no barriers. Overhead gantries on major roads such as Sheikh Zayed Road, Al Maktoum Bridge, Al Garhoud Bridge and Al Mamzar read a small RFID sticker on your windscreen as you drive through at normal speed.
Every time you pass an active toll gate, the toll is deducted automatically from the prepaid balance linked to your Salik tag. If the balance runs out, crossings are still recorded, and unpaid trips can lead to fines once the grace period has passed. That is why a regular Salik recharge is the easiest way to keep driving in Dubai without surprises.
A Salik recharge top up through Uikdlo follows the same simple flow every time, whether you use your tag number or your vehicle plate.
Type your 10-digit Salik tag number, or switch to plate mode and enter the emirate, plate code and plate number.
Pick AED 50, 100, 200 or 500, or enter your own amount from AED 50 to match how often you drive.
Check the order summary with your amount, a service fee of AED 0 and the total, then confirm your request.
Your Salik balance is credited and you receive a confirmation by SMS and email, ready for your next trip.
Choose a Salik top up that fits your weekly routine. Each option opens the top-up form with the amount already selected.

A Salik top up is normally reflected within a few minutes. In rare cases it can take up to 24 hours, so we recommend recharging before your balance gets too low rather than right before a trip.
Your crossings are still recorded. Salik gives you a short grace period to recharge; if the balance stays insufficient after that, a violation can be issued for each unpaid crossing. Recharging promptly avoids these fines.
